Stonewall Systems is an AI automation consultancy based in Clovis, California. This website is located at stonewall-systems.com. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Stonewall Systems.

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the following information that you voluntarily provide:

• A description of what you would like to automate
• How you currently receive leads (optional)
• Preferred contact method

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics services, or any other form of automated tracking on this website. We do not collect your IP address, browser fingerprint, or browsing behavior. The only data we receive is what you explicitly type into the contact form.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Follow up about the automation review you requested
• Discuss how our services might fit your business

Who we share your information with

When you submit the contact form, your information is transmitted to and processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. Beyond Formspree, we do not share your data with any other third parties. We do not sell your information. We do not use your information for advertising.

How long we keep your information

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable business record-keeping. If you request deletion, we will remove your information within 30 days (see “Your rights” below).

This website is served over HTTPS and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are transmitted securely to Formspree over encrypted connections. While no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our form, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
